Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for cancellation ends 14 days after the last batch of goods has been received or, in the case of downloadable products, from the moment the order is received.
To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in an unambiguous way (for example, by letter by post or email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of using the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund you all the services we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for additional costs due to the fact that you have chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. We will perform the refund using the payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any case, in such a way that you do not incur costs for returning the services.
You must send the goods back without delay and no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice. The deadline has been met if you send the goods back before the 14-day deadline expires.
You are only responsible for such reduction in the value of the goods, which is the result of other than the processing necessary to determine the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
Unclaimed package
Non-redemption is not the same as refund or cancellation. For unclaimed packages for which a separate cancellation notice has not been made, we will charge the delivery costs.
